We have an exciting new opportunity to join the WorkSmart Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Associate. As a PMO Associateyou will provide administrative support to our Engagement Managers, who manage global Workday projects for our clients. You will have a key role in the efficient management and delivery of these projects.  


In this role you will: 

  • Set up projects and carry out the ongoing administration and maintenance within systems 

  • Assist with revenue and cost recognition; 

  • Manage project logistics and personnel coordination to ensure people are where they need to be; 

  • Be responsible for Timesheet and Expense approvals; 

  • Help with routing and delegation of PMO support requests; 

  • Be asked to take on other ad-hoc administration duties; 

  • Work with client PMO teams to ensure Projects run smoothly. 


To do this, you’ll have 

  • An organised approach and excellent time management and communication skills; 

  • Administration experience and the ability to work well as part of a team; 

  • The ability and willingness to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor;  

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*-C), or equivalent; 

  • Experience with Office, specifically Excel. The ability to use charts, pivots and formulas would be desirable; 

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; 

  • The discretion to handle confidential information; 

  • An eye for detail an accuracy. 


Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, PMO Assoicate, PMO Ofifcer, PMO Coordinator or PMO Assistant or Project Management exposure would be beneficial.
