As a Digital Change & Transformation Manager, you’ll to help shape and grow Kainos’ Global Change Management offering for its Workday Professional Services Business Unit.    

You will be joining a rapidly expanding team, which is at the forefront of Change Management, Agile Delivery and User Adoption practices.  Our team has been set up to help Clients to align their operational, technical and people related challenges deploying Workday solutions to meet their business objectives in today’s digitised world.  

We need to strengthen our team with individuals who have a proven track record in helping Clients find solutions to “making change happen”.   

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of change within a Workday environment across multiple sectors and industries supporting Clients in the following areas: 

  • Operating model design, development and delivery 
  • Vision and strategy creation 
  • Benefits management and realisation 
  • Defining change, engagement and training approaches and plans 
  • Supporting impact & readiness evaluations and supporting onboarding and business cutover; 
  • Change analytics and measuring user adoption both pre, during and post-go-live 
  • Leading readiness evaluations and decisions and helping Clients to prepare for and support go-live, business cutover activities 


You will –  

  • proactively drive thought leadership by generating white papers and best practice documentation that progresses market leading thoughts 
  • lead business generation and contribute significantly to the future growth of the WorkSmart Business Unit 
  • Contribute to the development of commercial propositions, processes and documentation such as SOWs, RFQs, RFPs and ITTs 
  • Be an internal change advocate, promoting our offering and services.

Minimum (essential) requirements  

  • Significant consultancy experience with a Cultural Change, Organisational Development and Engagement specialism 

  • Significant experience of ERP implementations (SAP, Workday, Oracle) planning and supporting the re-design and delivery of Corporate Services Functions (e.g. HR, Finance, Payroll, etc) on behalf of an external customer 

  • Evidence of leading and winning significant Transformational Change Programmes tenders; 

  • Substantial experience in managing and leading Project teams including Line Management responsibility 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including business writing and excellent spoken and written English 

 

Desirable:  

  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials or Payroll applications; 

  • Evidence of thought leadership in the public domain; 

  • Holds a current and recognised Project or Programme Management certification; 

  • Experience of user research, analytics and design disciplines and their contribution to the effective;
