Change Analyst, Kainos WorkSmart

We are looking for a Business Change Analyst to join Kainos WorkSmart' Global Workday Change Management Team.  You will be joining a rapidly expanding team, which is at the forefront of Change Management, Agile Delivery and User Adoption practices.  

Our team has been set up to help Clients across the globe to align their operational, technical and people related challenges deploying Workday solutions to meet their business objectives in today’s digitised world.

We need to strengthen our team with individuals with the right attitude and drive to help our Clients find solutions to “making change happen”. 

Role Responsibilities

You will work with a Senior Change Manager to support the design and delivery of change management interventions in a Workday environment. This will include:

  • Capture of key change impacts - to understand how Workday will change how their people with work and how their business will operate post transition.
  • Support communications and engagement activities including:
    • Support the development of persona development – ensuring that the people impacted by the change are identified and their specific needs are understood and support provided;
    • Support the development of innovative engagement solutions to ensure.
  • Support the development and delivery of Workday specific training activities that will aide end-user to adopt new ways of working. This will include:
    • Lead on the development of training approaches and the definition of Workday training requirements.
  • Support process mapping activities – to ensure the changes being driven by Workday are being captured and documented appropriately.
  • Support the Client team on change readiness activities to help prepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of working driven by Workday.

Minimum (essential) requirements:  

  • Experience of working in a previous Consulting role supporting the development and delivery of change management related deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including business writing and excellent spoken and written English.
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools.


  • Experience of change management within a large Project or Programme environments.
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials or Payroll applications.
  • Holds a current and recognised Project or Programme Management certification.
  • Experience of user research, analytics and design disciplines and their contribution to the effective.
