Kainos Success in Public Sector Continues to Grow as Company is awarded a place on Government Procurement Service Digital Services framework as well as G-Cloud IV

London December 12th, 2013 Digital Solutions company Kainos has announced its inclusion in the Government Procurement Service's latest framework for agile development services - the Digital Services framework. The new framework lists successful government digital technology service suppliers specifically. Kainos is one of only a few suppliers approved to provide project services across all 24 digital project roles set out in the new framework, where 183 suppliers are listed in total.

'We are delighted to be included in this important new framework,' commented Brian Gannon, Corporate Development Director at Kainos. 'G-Cloud really opened the door for Kainos to engage with Government and we look forward to this trend continuing with the release of the Digital Services Framework.'

Of the other technology suppliers listed, Brian said, 'It is great to see such a diverse range of companies, in terms of both size and capability, and we look forward to collaborating with many of them on projects over the months ahead. It is these frameworks that have provided Kainos with the opportunities in Government to deliver innovative and cost-effective digital services - which has been the backbone for our growth over the last couple of years.'

Kainos is already engaged with a number of Central Government departments to deliver Exemplar transformation services, and the company believes the new Digital Services Framework will open to the door for the public sector to engage suppliers that are passionate about delivering better services to citizens at a lower cost.

Last month Kainos was named a public sector Digital Leader at an exclusive awards ceremony at the House of Lords in London. The awards, run in partnership with Digital by Default News, recognise businesses that have acted as leading advocates of digital transformation - developing innovative ways of encouraging a 'digital first' approach to delivering essential public sector services.

Kainos has also repeated its success with G-Cloud, having now been included in the latest iteration, G-Cloud IV. In this capacity, Kainos is providing a total of 33 services across 3 Lots - Infrastructure as a Service, Software as a Service, and Specialist Cloud Services.
