Kainos secures position in Sunday Times Top 100 Companies

Kainos, a leading provider of digital services and platforms, has been listed in the UK's Best Companies to Work For for the 7th time.

At an awards ceremony in Battersea Evolution on the 20th February, Kainos placed 86th overall in the prestigious countdown. The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For is a showcase and celebration of the very best in workplace engagement at national level.

In preparing their rankings, The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For conducts a confidential survey across all employees in a company to solicit their feedback about how they experience working within the organisation. This year, over 80% of people in Kainos submitted feedback.

Colette Kidd, Chief People Officer, Kainos commented: 'We're delighted, once again, to be recognised as one of the UK's leading companies to work for, as voted by our people. While this latest recognition as being a progressive employer is a cause to celebrate, the real focus for Kainos is to use the feedback from our people to guide future activities, focusing both on the areas that our colleagues think that we already do well and on areas where we can improve.'

Kainos highlighted the success of a number of initiatives in the past year, citing examples of the flagship skills development programme designed for people managers, further development of the company's suite of technical and professional skills training, with particular importance placed on wellbeing, mindfulness and personal resilience and updated travel and distributed working policies.

To share the celebrations, Kainos will host 'Thank You' celebrations for staff in all 13 locations over the coming weeks.
